1. These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) set forth an agreement between you (“you”, the “Subscriber”) and Abeng365.com (“us”, “we”, “Abeng365.com”) with respect to our subscription services (“Subscriptions”) and other paid services made available by us.

2. These terms supplement and should be read in conjunction with the Abeng365.com Terms of Use at https://www.abeng365.com/terms-of-use/ and the privacy policy at https://www.abeng365.com/privacy-policy/ which will also apply to your Subscription. Any capitalised terms used in these TOS which are not defined herein shall have the meanings set out in the Terms of Use.

3. Subscription is a paid service and includes unlimited access to abeng365.com articles.

4. To become a Subscriber, please go to https://www.abeng365.com/subscribe/digital-subscriptions/ or contact our customer services team on 416-839-9813, or [email protected].

5. You must be 18 years or older to Subscribe.

6. By registering to become a Subscriber, you agree that you have given us accurate registration details, including payment information and personal details (including age) and will ensure that we always have up to date contact information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Abeng365.com reserves the right to deny or cancel orders, and may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend accounts.

7. When you Subscribe, you agree to pay for and authorise us to charge your payment method for the cost of Subscription and to continue your Subscription until cancelled and, on a recurring annual basis, to charge the payment method you provided the then-current annual cost of your Subscription if you do not cancel within the relevant cancellation period. By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

8. For promotional purposes Abeng365.com may provide readers with the option to enrol in trial offers of our Subscription. Such offers are governed by the TOS, the Terms of Use, and any terms presented to you when you sign up for the offer. Our trial offers may convert to a paid Subscription if you do not cancel before the free trial ends. A reminder notification will be sent to you one week before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel at the end of your stated trial period, your Subscription will automatically continue on a rolling annual basis at the standard rate presented to you at the time of purchase.

9. Payment can be made using all major credit or debit cards.

10. We use a third-party payment processor (the “Processor”) to complete the transaction. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Processor in addition to these TOS. We are not responsible for any error by the Processor. By choosing to Subscribe, you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider.

11. If you default on any payment, or if your payment method is declined we may suspend your Subscription.

12. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, terminate your Subscription with us where we believe that we have grounds to terminate (for example, for non-payment or breach of these or Abeng365.com’s other terms, including breach of copyright). In the event that Abeng365.com terminates your account due to an actual or suspected breach of terms, services purchased in accordance with these TOS may be forfeited without any refund.

13. You may cancel your Subscription by logging into your account and cancelling under your subscriptions tab, visiting https://www.abeng365.com/my-account/, or by calling us on 416-839-9813 or by emailing us at [email protected].

14. If you cancel within 7 days of ordering your Subscription your cancellation will be subject to our refund policy at https://www.abeng365.com/refund-policy/.

15. If you cancel after that 7-day window, your Subscription will continue until the end of the Subscription period.

16. We may amend these TOS at any time without notice and will post the revised terms at https://www.abeng365.com/terms. You will be deemed to have accepted these TOS by your continued use after notice has been posted.

17. Abeng365.com reserves the right to make certain articles available to all readers for free, regardless of Subscription.

19. These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
